“Envisioning Fully Sustainable Buildings - Using the Natural Step and LEED”

Experience an intensive half-day workshop for design and construction industry professionals inside PDX Lounge.

The day begins with an overview of the fundamentals of The Natural Step (TNS), the science behind the model and how it can be applied as a framework toward the construction and operation of fully sustainable buildings.

Attendees will then engage in real world exercises where The Natural Step concepts complement the LEEDTM Rating System.  Participants will learn how to apply the tools of TNS and backcasting to envision fully sustainable buildings and the steps toward achieving them.
